Saw the whole of Raj's first independent public rally and must say 'the alleged charisma reflects in his speeches too'.

However, 1 thing I did not like - After lambasting almost all major political parties of the state, he conveniently 'did not' mention BJP.. An alliance in the future? Your guess is as good as mine!

Thats Intresting, I had heard speculations that he has modelled his party on secular lines unlike shiv sena, then an alliance with present shivsena partner BJP would be intresting.
Depends on the BJP policy at the time really.If at that time it wants to project itself as a "secular" party with interests of everyone in mind , Raj Thackeray will be it's best ally.
@aditya, yeah ur right,and also shivsena is not the same old force with several leaders leaving it like narayan rane, and also its workers split due to the new party formed, so BJP might be inclined towards raj thackeray. In that case shiv sena is doomed for sure. what say u??
yes pratik, shiv sena is not what it used to be.. and raj has made it clear that he has no identity problems.. he is for the people of maharashtra - independent of religion -and especially for marathi speaking ppl. so he is trying to be pseudo-secular if i may say so..
and bjp in maharashtra is a spent-force, but raj cant go to congress, because his system wudnt let that happen, a thakeray in congress, nahhh, pawar tried hard to get him under his umbrella, but i think raj wanted more than pawar could offer.. so raj has no potential ally other than bjp
but again, bjp's tieup will depend solely on whether raj proves hi mettle in municipal elections and as aditya has indirectly said 'bjp will continue to act secular'
